I'm thinking of buying these two, I'm really on the fence about it though.

I'm thinking of a heather grey or kelly green for the red suit.

With a little tailoring, could these pass?

That top one has styling very reminiscent of the 30's and the bottom suit is more like a 40's look, especially in a kelly green. If you want the bottom one to look more 40's, hem the skirt closer to the knee (the length on the top suit is already great for the 30's).

I really, really like the asymmetry of the grey suit. The red suit is fab, too. As for a color, I think you should go for the kelly green.

Thanks again ladies, I bought the brown one. Put off on the other because I'm a bit afraid of the green. I'm not sure how I should accesorize it and, I'm not sure how all of that green will look on me. [huh] Maybe I'll just get it but I am NOTORIOUS about not sending things back.
