I'm waiting on my first Strat ... 2 1/2" brim ... Cornhill (and I'm color blind)
We'll see ... .
Thx Rogera. Can't wait.Bob you're getting an Esther original? That's awesome!
Let's see what you do with it. Can u take some brim and give to the crown?I'm waiting for this to became a hat.
It's red because... it is a FEPSA felt and it's the first I'm trying to block (it could be black, it could be purple...).
Don't know if I'll ever wear it because it have a loooooow crown and it's not a western felt.
The felt is a EB130 quality from their outlet store. I'm no hatter but I cannot find any flaws in it. According to FEPSA the felt and color are perfect, simply don't have the touch (finish?) it should had. So it's cheaper and I can buy only one!
Can u take some brim and give to the crown?
Lol. A little. Crown height was a concern...Joao give up brim?
I'm not sure, that the block is the problem. Joao probably bought a capeline, style A or B (FEPSA designations). Both have pretty small crowns. To fix your crown height; 2 solutions.
