Did Ken happen to name the tannery they're sourcing this new Jerky HH from?

He did not. Only that he asked them for the “brainiest” hide. Which made me chuckle b/c it’s a good description.

Yep, I'm sold on the jerky HH! What's next? Lol

Just read the thread and it feels oddly familiar. I'm doomed. I still haven't been introduced to vintage stuff and other brands so looks like I'm in it deep. I caught the bug hhaha

Simmons Bilt Nebraska today for breakfast over at the INDIAN OCEAN with my wife. 14C , cooler than it looks !

An overnight easterly wind blows the swell "flat" as this is a well renowned surf beach usually.

Untucked easy Rider T , and zipper pockets open. Scruffy like a beach bum haha...

Man, that's too much. . . But then again maybe later on in the year, still waiting on 5 jacket orders to be fulfilled.

looks great, how about trying to fold the edges inside as far as the shoulder gusset on the back, and see if looks better also to keep fraying liner in. if it looks better then just secure it with needle and thread on few spots probably on top of the shoulder hide it under the epaulette

@Monitor - I love the cross-zip vest concept, but the shoulders are too wide for the vest. If you were in the US, I'd say send it to Dena or JL for an alteration. Maybe you can find someone in EU. I have a reco if you need one, but she is in Poland. A real magician, like Dena. Rides motorcycles, too, so she gets it. It helps that her alteration rates are roughly 50% of those in Western Europe.

BK Victory Horsehide which is one of my favorite leathers...unfortunately Thedi or LW don't offer this leather as I would definitely have ordered one or two more in this hide!
