I've seen the Tapatio factory in Vernon, CA. I remember back in the '80s when it was still pretty much a local product. You would only find it at some little Mom and Pop Mexican restaurant or in the Latino mercados.

One store here in Michigan sells the Tapatio products, and we stock up on them. Daniel says it reminds him of Baker's Tacos and being down near the beach!

Irish Stew in the pressure cooker.
Beef, corn, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, beef stock, and 1 bottle of Guinness Extra Stout.
Turned out very well.
Of course I added a teaspoon of chipotle chili pepper to my bowl. ;)

Bone-in pork shoulder roast on manager's special = slow braise in stock with seasonings, add onion, potato, carrot, mushroom. Pork stew is what I'm calling it. Garlic toast on the side.
