I think Steak n Shake has very good milkshakes. Have you ever had a Dream Cycle or Cream Cycle? This Orange Freeze shake tastes like that in thick shake form. Deelish..!!

(and some leftover carrots from yesterday. We never throw food away!)

Some Spaghetti with a bought Pesto-kind-of-stuff. Too lazy to make my own today.

I can assure you, it is a good combination. In Bavaria (Bayern) they eat a lot of rice. Spaghetti doesn't fit with Leberkäse.

For fast food tacos and what not, Del Taco is my personal favorite. I miss the old Naugle's, who in my opinion provided superior fast food tacos. However, if you want Mexican food, skip the chains and support your local restaurant. Julian's Tortilleria on Carson in Hawaiian Gardens has amazing tacos, tamales, burritos, and so forth. They make the tortillas onsite. It's our traditional favorite for munching while the steaks cook up at the annual tailgate.
