  3. Those Nachos Bell Grande are awful. And then both Burger King and Jack in a Box's tacos are better than Taco Bell!

    Steak Sandwich, Cheese Curds, and Mountain Dew at the Tamarack tonight. My first time there. Absolutely delicious.

  10. I think they crumble them off those cheese wedge hats that they wear on thier heads..don't they [huh]

    Not those kinds of cheese curds. These are battered and deep fried, very good stuff.

    Seriously?? The cheesemakers down your direction don't sell cheese curds?

    These come from early in the cheese-making process, before the curds are pressed into blocks for ageing.

    Deepfried with a bit of salt or other seasoning, they are a heart-attack in a cup.

    In Seattle you can also get them with a variety of flavourings in the curds (not deep fried) at Beechers down at the market.
