If you have a Trader Joe's in your area, and like spicy sauces, try their Jalapeno sauce. It is hubby's go-to, and he used to be a Tapatio man. He likes the spice. (That's why he married me. )

He loves sambal oelek so much that he's been known to smother a burger, pork chop, meatloaf, or a piece of baked chicken in it. I don't take it as a statement about my cooking that he needs to smother it in a spicy condiment to be able to eat it. My food can stand on its own.
