Nachos with a redwood sausage chopped up, onions, habanero cheese, and sausage/bacon crumbles.
Too tired to cook, although in the time it took me to put all that together, I could have run up the street for BBQ. [huh]

Spaghetti with homemade sauce. I added some leftover pepperoni to the sauce this time. Yum! Green salad with creamy Italian dressing.

Filet Mignon, garlic red mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, a dinner salad with ranch dressing, and a root beer.

She ate it all, picking out the spinach & mushrooms to eat first. And she asked to have the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
