LOL... I know, I know! Sometimes you get lucky though. I actually bought one from a gent here, and thought I was going to end up getting out of the hobby and sold the thing...I regret that now!!!

Vintage I don't have any yet...now the new strats are doing well from many sources on line. I do have a few vintage open roads, but I will have to keep them in my treasures vault.

Vintage seems to be the ultimate goal, but I am happy with the recent issue new Stratoliners.

Does not mean I am not still looking for an oldie!

Back when that listing first came up, I offered the seller $150, then he countered with $200, and I accepted. Then a strange silence ensued. He finally got back to me saying that the friend he's selling it for decided to let the auction ride, how sorry he was, etc., etc.

Almost had me a Strat!
