The 42 is listed as an XL and with a massive 26" chest and 20 1/4" shoulders it fits a larger sized frame. I wear a 44 and this is roomy to say the least.
Sleeve is 27 1/2" from shoulder seam to end of wrist knit. Shell and knits in very good to excellent condition. No odours. Making room for items that
