Yates Menswear?????

I was just wondering if any of my fellow Loungers has had any dealings with these folks:http://www.yatesmenswear.com.au/- their website is intriguing- they carry a good variety of Akubras- and they seem to be set up to do business internationally- but in my experience, the lights may be on, but nobody's home- my email inquiries have gone unanswered. Anyone have any input?

I haven't bought anything from them, but they have responded to a couple of emails that I sent.
