    Nothing is wrong with it really. There is only one little spot (five inches) where the binding is not flush with the felt, and just barely so. I think the shadow exaggerates it in the photo. It just needs to be pressed on that spot.

    Thanks everyone And I'm glad to know it has the JtL seal of approval. As to the color. I believe it is a light gray with a slight blue tinge to it. But, it is one of those chameleon hats that seems to be a different color in every photo. I think these two photos are fairly accurate...
