I'm still searching the historic photos of the era. Deep center crease to start, I have seen some evidence of a pinch as well. Looking for 1915-1918 style, as I'm originally a WWI historian.

Sounds great. Love a deep center dent with centrally located pinches rather then totally front forward.

Mike said that would probably put me around Christmas/New Year thereabouts. As for the hat I'm still putting it together in my mind right now.

I've been researching hard... most images from this era show black hats, mine will be grey. Going for an overall look of early century if possible. I'll be posting my results as soon as my new computer is set up. My laptop went tango union on me yesterday.

To this more traditional center crease with pinches set back a bit. Mike calls this bash "Seabass." I believe he named it after a Fellow Lounger
