Yours or someone else's, painted, drawn, sculpted, or whatever, so long as it's "art."

Post up whatever visual treats you happen upon!

Here's an unattributed painting I ran across on eBay France:

Good thread!
Sorry for the terrible pic, but I couldn't seem to both get enough light and avoid glare at the same time. :p

All right, here is my contribution to this thread but it won't be something extraordinary....
It's a little self-portrait I've done in pencil.
It features Art's Black Cherry hat.

Great additions, folks!
1910 Melbourne architecture, wow! The Brack painting captures very well that low level stress exuded by mass commuters.

Jeff, that Sargent painting is intriguing. I'd like to see the spidery fingers on that right hand up close.

Thanks for posting your excellent sketch, SpeedRcrX. Enviable talent!

Don't forget Jack Vettriano, a modern hat master whose painting subjects favor men and sometimes women in hats, usually vintage scenes.

Dano, thanks for the reference. His risqué offerings don't feature hats, but several other works certainly do:

That's a print I bought at Target for $40 in 2004 or so. I really like it. Then I saw it in a larger size, like 3' x 2', at a local framing shop. It's a great painting. It feeds my enthusiasm for wide brims.

Belgian Surrealist Rene Magritte is certainly known for his many paintings with the iconic bowlers.

How about sculpture inspired by Magritte created by British artist Jake Phipps?

UK based artist Inge Thuland:

Unforgettable image by Vincent Van Gogh. His self portrait is very revealing.

Wow! Another great photo. The dragon just needs something to cozy up its horns in, that's all.
Is the peripheral blur effect post-production or straight from your camera?
