This morning I made an omelet with leftover potroast and and new potatos, with sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses.

It made me want a mimosa or two reeeeeal bad.

I probably will. I am fortunate to still have a faster than most metabolism otherwise 250 would easily become 300 plus.

Enjoy your Ensure.

Ensure doesn't have 28g of protein, and all sorts of muscle gaining chemicals I probably don't need.
Now at lunch I do eat, and at dinner I'm able to eat quite a bit.
Still losing weight...down another pound.
That makes 11 in almost 4 weeks.

Yeah, I focused on the "sausage biscuit" and "mustard" parts, and sort of passed over the "gas station" part without giving it any thought. Not that McDonalds' sausage biscuits would be a better choice, but that's what initially came to mind. [huh]
