I just got my first pair which is the Okayamas, and they have the red hem stitching. So, are you guys sure they will stretch out and end up about an inch roomier in the waist? They are creating a not so awesome muffin-top effect on me
hwell:
John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. I have two pairs, one in regular, a 15oz japanese denim, and a slim in 14oz, both are 32 and the fit is good for me. I would probably size up one size for heavier denim (ie for example the 23oz that is in the store today) since I own a pair of Iron Hearts 634s in 32 and wished I had it in 33. I am 5'9" and 170lbs.Hey guys,
I like the fit of 32 straights, but wanted to try the slims for a change. Do I need to size up to a 33? or just stick with the usual 32s?
Thanks!
I think the red cuff stitching and bar tack have been abandoned. Something to do with safety concerns when stitching them.
I see Gustin have introduced a chore coat in a rather nice army canvas, looks good: https://www.weargustin.com/store/628
