Manfred (chepstow), a good friend, has an interesting collection of hats and he could be my real companion in Europe, but his will is not to post so much after a period of intense partecipation in FL (see his number of posts)

Just as an update, since I commandeered Moon's thread. I'm going to keep nominations open through next weekend. I'd like to put a lid on the categories we have.

We'll conduct voting the week between Christmas and New Year's, and I'll post results on New Year's Day. I have to think about how to handle the voting, though. I know we can set up votes in threads, but with the number of categories we have, that may be untenable.

So if you have any further noms, get them in. A few categories could use some rounding out.
