If the 7XCB was sold @ $50 I often wonder if the 7X Fifty was manufactured under contract in an attempt to cut costs & hold that price point, if it was in fact priced @ $50. The felt is obviously not Clear Beaver & while very conforming to the wearer, the black sweatband is obviously cheaper. At any rate it didn’t last long & there aren’t many around. I think Bowen has one also.

Rick, he will be truly missed. He was a shining star in the Fedora Lounge family and brought a lot of joy to all of us.
