Had a Cub Scout committee meeting. Ended up having a baked potato when I got home.

Which btw I think I'll cook tonight. I have some tri tips in the freeze, that will go nicely with chicken or sausage.

Or he could just grow Foxglove in the garden.
My grandmother (God rest her soul) learned this the hard way.
When she'd work in the flowerbed on her roses, she'd brush up against the Foxglove out there.
The combination of this and the digitalis she was taking over loaded her system a few times, before we figured it out.
Even though she died in 1996, I still won't allow Foxglove in the flowerbeds.
Still have the rose bushes though.

Steak fajitas with a great rub I found online, cooked in an iron skillet, with sautéed onions.
Fiesta cheese (cheddars and pepperjack combined), with low carb tortillas, and Tapatio hot sauce (found it again at Walmart).
