My own extensive scientific research in duration of 10 years concluded that leather jackets have zero to negative effect on chicks. Or it's just me. Or both.

I usually don't get a lot of comments or positive reactions either, but all my friends do know me for all of my leather jackets, so it's not like nobody notices.

My housemate did bring one of her ladyfriends over the other day, who instantly turned to my Wall of Jackets in the hallway and immediately said "Oh my God these jackets are awesome." I instantly felt the biological urge to get down on one knee, as one does (or at least say "I have even more in my room, including a 1950s Buco... wanna see?")

Pretty sure @tmitchell59 owned a Ralph Edwards PJ27. I like that style, though prefer the variation with the large pocket down lower. That said, I have the LW in this variation.

That other jacket is pretty darn cool.

The old “the rest are in my bedroom” ploy. Tried and true. No matter the item collected lol.

I once had dinner at a Chicago restaurant and sat next to a table of attractive, young women who carried on an in-depth discussion concerning men and clothing. It was most enlightening. The consensus was that they first noticed a man's watch and shoes. This was before the days of iphones.
