The jacket is worth zero dollars? That collar can easily be reworked with a bit of corduroy fabric or hide. Ask photo2u, he can tell you how it’s done

The vintage marketplace would be in an awful lot of trouble if everyone held your conception of value
For me holes in leather are a no go, simple as that. I can abide by busted seams, but no holes in leather.
Somebody will buy it for $200 and fix it, and that is good.

Back on the day, "Cal sometimes did not label their jackets".
That straight from Cal current owner. I have spoken to her many times and visited their shop several occasions. She goes to explain that some jackets went out to retailers using their own labels. I know of several, but my favorite is the Pasadena retailer Milne Bros, located walking distance to my house. Old school shop.
