I was at the Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola a couple years ago. They have a fully restored plane that had once been parked in a playground and filled with concrete.
Thanks, that's exactly what I needed to know.

And under $24 with s&h. I have a new Borsalino that is too tight. I'm not too optimistic, but I'll report back with the results. Another hat is on the way that I expect to be...
Who cares what some people say? Capture that information for posterity. It would be great to do it on video. It would be better to capture the process of him making a hat on video.
I'm considering buying a vintage hat stretcher off ebay, but I have a few questions.
Most have a number on the body (e.g. 6 1/2, 6 3/4, 7). Is this the starting size or the finishing size?

Is Knox Premier an upper shelf Knox?
I like the store names stamped on the...
I wore my Montecristi last weekend in Destin, and my hair was soaked after walking around awhile. It really doesn't exchange heat that well.
Awhile back I bought one of those cheap Panamas that comes rolled in the balsa box from ebay. I had the idea of putting a cloth sweatband and hatband...
