Hair help requested - the perfect wave?
No, the curls are rolled to the side. Typically, you would use smaller curlers for this type of wave, but this manniquin has extra long hair so I can practice updos. -

You can do it with curlers very easily. It's called a pivot set. Section the top middle of your hair, from mid-brow arch to mid-brow arch and roll them in the same direction on three small to medium curlers depending on your length, away from the part so that they lie like this: \l/ -
Other than red lipstick
Oh, AmyJean, you are bad! I NEED that lipstick! My heart sped up when I saw it. That's the color range that I like for summer but usually I have to get cheap, crappy lipsticks because it's not a popular color. To have a MAC one, ahhhhhhhhhhh! -

What's your favorite Pomade?
I use Woody's. It's a bit lighter, but I really like the scent. It's sort of clean, citrusy. I've tried American Crew and Paul Mitchel's men's line pomade but they smell too manly for me. -
Do you think it is sexy if a man dresses in Vintage clothes?
I think a well-fitted suit is sexy whether it's vintage or an Armani bought yesterday. My husband changed jobs about a year ago and the new one requires a suit and tie. Wow! He looks fantastic every day!- kamikat

This dress is a new Simplicity, 1882. It's from their Amazing Fit collection, which means it has different pattern pieces for A/B/C/D bra cup and slim/average/curvy hip/bum area. It makes it very easy to get a good fit.- kamikat

In the parish I used to attend, it was not unusual to see people attend mass in hospital scrubs, chef's coats, various job uniforms.
