Help with broken zip?
Thanks for your help, Lady Day. I know how to replace a zip, I was just wary as the dress might be a bit fragile, being so old. I'm not actually sure how it broke, it might have got pulled or something, but it just came apart. Thanks for the tip on larger teeth, that's something I'm going to try.- Nine

The metal zip on my favourite 50's dress has broken, the teeth have come apart from the main zip pull. Does anyone know what would be best to fix it? I don't really want to lose the original zip, but the only thing I can think of is replacing the zip. Basically, can I find original zips any...- Nine

How deep is your style?
NOt very deep. I enjoy the hairstyles, though, don't wear my hair like it often. I own quite a few vintage pieces, but, don't wear them every day. I enjoy going to vintage sales an dressing up and that sort of thing, but I am as happy in jeans as a 1950's dress. I suppose I am a bit of a 1950's...- Nine

What decade most flatters your figure?
I'm pretty much a perfect hourglass. I've been wearing alot of 50's and early 60's styles recently, 40's is too boxy cut for my large hips,and linebacker shoulders unfortunately. To be honest though, anything with polka dots suits me! :p- Nine

As A Kid, What Were You Like?
Shy or outgoing? I was never shy, I think I was born 45. Ridiculously outgoing, not so now. Active or a couch potato? Both. I was in stage school, I did Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Modern dance, as well as various instruments. Hated every bit of it. I liked Cartoon Network and 70's music...- Nine
