Here's another old one for the week. This was originally a full suit; however, the trousers were far beyond repair. They had a button waist closure and button fly. Quite sad, indeed.

Yes, always keep even badly damaged parts of a suit together. You never know when someone willing to put in the cash to restore through reweaving might come along.

Unfortunately, I don't have the pants anymore; they are long gone. Baron, that is great advice. I acquired the suit some time ago and wasn't thinking of/didn't have the knowledge about reweaving at the time.
