I'd suggest pairing it with either high-waisted skirts or 40s-style slacks.

I have several blouses similar to your new purchase; I usually wear them with a black crepe 1940s trumpet skirt, a gabardine a-line skirt, or a form-fitting pencil skirt. I also like to add a white belt to finish of the look!

Unfortunately, although I have several pairs of 40s-inspired slacks, none of them fit my waist tight enough for me to tuck a blouse in neatly (I have one of those builds with a very small waist and round hips/rear; I always have to buy pants to fit my rear and they end up being too big at the waistline!)
