Looks like the back end has been 'tubbed' to allow for the wide rear tires. Wild, being the purist MOPAR man he is, will NOT want this one, I assure you.

Looks to me, more like the wider-than-stock wheel rims have the offset to the outside to accommodate more rubber- rather than any inboard modification.
The rubber isn't SO wide.

Nice car- even if it's not a Ford.

Having helped on a 48 version of this same car, it's not that easy. The fendors don't allow a wider wheel without tubbing or flaring the fenders. There's just no room. Regards! Michaelson

Michaelson knows me! I'm a Plymouth man true blue through and through! Chevy's are nice but, that one needs LOTS of work for that cash. True, it's not a bad price for a Chevy but, it looks to have been some what molested! The 41 I'm looking at is all original and hasn't been messed with. It's also drivable and a smooth runner!

I'm going with the 41 P-12!
