I have seen a few Shriner Fezes over the years on OFAS but this one is incredible in detail with box and kit all included (my size too but have a Fez already)

Oh, c'mon--you know the old saying, "One can never be too thin, too rich, or have too many fezes."

That has to be the most whoop-tee-do fez i've ever seen.

Just as well you didn't get it, though. If a Mason saw you wearing it, he'd approach, and when you didn't know the secret handshake, well, they have ways of taking care of people like that.

The Ainad Shrine apparently is in East St. Louis, Ill. I visited their brother organization, the Moolah Shrine, in St. Louis several years ago. The place was huuuge - floor after floor of well appointed (plain modern) facilities. The Moolah must have some, er, moolah.

fez collecting

I have a large Fez collection.
I started it years ago. I only collect very old Fezs.
The old style with no rinestones, They have silver or brass wire decoration
mostly tarnished.
I find a lot of them around, mostly new and often for fairly high prices.
However: I have never paid more than about $35 or $40 for one.
I have been given many of them as gifts.
The look great when you line them up .
