Another newbie question: what is a "dirt rider" collar?

Someone on here snagged the exact jacket that I'm currently interested in: Aero cafe racer in brown FQHH, but he mentioned a "dirt rider" collar. His DID look a bit "higher" than the standard, but I may be seeing things.

Once again, your help is appreciated.

Already figure it out.
What do you experts think of this option? It seems to be higher and looks like "more" of a collar than the standard. I'm thinking it makes the jacket a biiiit more conservative. Thanks!!
