Friend just bought a Pannizza kanguroo (kangaroo?) rain hat and I can't find it on the internet. It is supposedly a fedora style made with rabbit felt and no leather sweat band. A company in Sebastopol supposedly is the importer. I found a company called Pantropical that used to be in Sebastopol, CA, but that is far as I could get.

Anyone heard of such a thing?

Yea - that's it. He got the new one that I think is made by the Italian Company and shown on the http://www.hothatsonline.com/ link to their site.

I think the one that shows the stitching at the hand band area is the one that has no sweat band inside.

He says it is favorite hat. Preferring it to the Stetson Open Road and another one he just got.
