They are tipping AUD 1= USD1 or higher by Christmas FWIW.

The folks who buy those hats for the most part know very little about shaping or fixing up an old hat. They're looking for an old beat up western "motion picture' hat".
The more beat up and "B" western it looks the better.

Back when I was hot and heavy into it, I would have paid a couple of hundred bucks for that hat in a heart-beat.

Shudde Bros eBay mishap

2 3/4" brim, 5 1/4" uncreased crown, 1 3/4" sweat. No tags at all underneath the sweat to indicate size, block, reorder #, etc.
