That may be a non-functional trolley... I've see hats like that and the button is stitched to the bow.

I said I wouldn't post any live auctions even though it's allowed now, but I'm going to make an exception in this case because it looks fishy, probably due to lack of knowledge on the seller's part rather than intent to deceive.

What do you think, 90's or later? I'm thinking 2000's. If it doesn't go much higher, that would still be a good price compared to retail.
