On the feather subject, I am usually dead set against them, but for some reason I like the one in my Lembert velour (it has a bird talon in addition to the feathers) and I like the one on my long hair Golden Coach. Other than that, they hit the trash as soon as I pull the hat out of the box.

I watched a 6 7/8 stetson vitafelt bid up to $250 tonight. Nice to see a tiny hat get some respect. Although the buyer might be in for some shellshock. I think it was accidentally listed as a 7 7/8

I was watching that too. I'm hoping the buyer was knowledgeable enough to realize the hat wasn't that big.
