Well yesterday I was in the shred department, dumping 100 lb slabs of Swiss, and 40 lb blocks of kosher Mozzarella, and 20 lb loaves of Mozzarella

 

Making me hungry Tom.

The mozz is my favorite. No lab coat for me, just a plain work shirt, blue pants, and a brain bucket. Hair and beard nets, of course.
