I was thinking of doing a project to convert this from a homburg or just putting it on the bay as is. Before I do I thought I'd make sure there isn't someone on here with a large head that has been looking for a homburg.
The inside circumference is just under 24 inches. This looks like it was never worn.

Sorry. I sent two messages to you and didn't hear anything back so I sold it to the next person interested. You never said "I'll take it" you only said you were interested. Trust me - I would have rather taken the asking price than sell it for what I did.
