Hey guys, I recently bought this on eBay, however, it's a tad too small for me. I measure as a 41" chest, but typically wear a 38R in suits/coats. This is a slim coat, especially in the waist.
Description:
Authentic Naval Officer's bridge coat / peacoat. The quality of this coat is unrivalled by anything I've seen before, it's simply on another level compared to modern coats—it's very thick and very warm. The wool is very low nap and smooth. It's likely from the 50's(maker wen out of business around that time) and is marked US Coast Guard Academy. The coat is in flawless condition, not a single stitch undone, no wear spots, not holes, no rips. It's obviously vintage, but looks as if was never worn.

Two inner breast pockets
Two outer pass-through pockets
8 buttons, with 2 hidden buttons at collar so you can button it up completely like a peacoat
Super thick roll collar
Rear waist double button strap
Single buttonable vented back
Shoulder epaulettes
Thick satin lined(not like modern satin I've seen)

Chest = 41 inches (104 cm)
Waist = 35” (89 cm)
Shoulder to Shoulder = 18” (46 cm)
Shoulder seam to sleeve cuff = 25.5” (65 cm)
Center back bottom of collar to sleeve cuff = 35” (89 cm)
Back bottom of neck collar to bottom hem = 39.5” (100 cm)
I would love to get $200 out of it as I have much more in it. I'm in Sweden, but I'll ship to anywhere in the world for free.
