Higher Shirt Collars?

In the Suits section Mr. Chevalier has been kind enough to critique some of our ensembles. He suggested I wear a shirt with a higher collar.

Does anyone know of a manufacturer of said shirts?

I gave up looking for RTW high collar dress shirts years ago. You might consider MTM/bespoke; there are several HK makers at quite reasonable price-points.

How about Matt's shirts?

The dress shirt made by Matt Deckard Clothiers is perfect for this: it is a higher collar that doesn't scream "I am a high collar!"

Cary Grant had a long neck, but high-looking collars were out of fashion in the '30s and early '40s ... so Grant had shirts made that didn't look high collared, but really were so. They 'balanced out' his neck nicely.

His suit collars were cut higher as well, so that he wouldn't show too much linen.
