Need help finding a certain suit

Alright fellows,

This is going to seem very picky, but I need a good tweed three piece suit for my wardrobe. I would like it to be affordable as possible, and in light gray.
Those are the bare essentials, but as extras the following wouldn't hurt either.

• The trousers are cuffed

• The trousers are double pleated

• The armholes of the jacket are small

• The lapels of the jacket are peaked

• A belt is used to adjust the vest

• The vest has 4-6 buttons

I would appreciate anyone who would have any information pertaining to someone who would make such a suit.
