I wonder if it is stitched together from nutria pelts rather than from felt... I must agree with Stefan as to its strangeness.

I usually carry my lasso on my saddle. Never thought of carrying it on my hat...duhh.

I knew this fine European haute styling would be a stretch for my less sophisticated hat friends.

I ain’t no sufistakate. Hell i slummed that hat in denim as a teenager. Think it was a Levis or Wrangler. I coulda been a contender in Nutria!

Pelts were the first thing I thought of when I saw "piel". Maybe it's a nutria leather sweatband?
I think it looks just a bit green for Stefan's tasres, unless he has become a secret Green Machine fan...

I think this one is on its way based on the shipping bill I received. A little less of a victory after the shipping coming in at about double the selling price. But still a real nice Panama from a brand I had not seen. I think it might come in real handy around these parts

It looks like this brim is wider than the standard Open Road width. On a 7 5/8 hat 2 3/4” brims usually look smaller Is it just me?

The seller has no idea what it is.

There’s a lot that I don’t love about this Knox The Fifth Avenue, but it was in too nice of condition to not take it home
