My Akubra homburg (inside)Nice hats. Can you show us the interior details...and also your bowler. Thanks.
Nice looking hatI’ve posted this before, but it is a bit cleaner now. Charter House for Juster Brothers of Minneapolis. Based on what appears to be a Hat Corporation of America factory label and a $5.00 price I’m guessing early 1940s. Nice crown height. I found an ad for the Charter House store brand going back to 1930.

The condition, the tall crown, the color, the reedless sweatband! It just keeps going!
Thanks Brent! If it would just go up a size.![]()

Very nice… glad Randy was able to head you in the right direction, Phil.Late posting this one but here is a new favorite, courtesy of @Rmccamey. I love the reddish brown hue of this Milano Homburg. This brim has that slight downward swoop in front and back to give it a little western flare.
Randy saved me from a bad deal and misrepresentation on the bay and then hooked me up with this one! Thank you, sir! View attachment 555733 View attachment 555734 View attachment 555735 View attachment 555736

Cool specimen, classic shape. I'm wearing a similar Style Park brand to work on Monday.A new to me Penn Craft (Stetson) bowler. This is my third Penn Craft (not that I'm counting!) and has the same silky smooth finish, and same solid construction, as my other two. This one is a size up from my norm, but some hats are so good, it's worth a few felt shims to get a good fit! All the components are in excellent condition and it is, for all practical purposes, NOS. I'm glad Fall is not far away! This one has a date stamp on the sweatband, so that is something special about this one as well.
