Reachability at Aero by email

Does anyone know how the reachability is currently at Aero?

I can be reached by e-mail no one there for 2 weeks.

Um, you're saying that you emailed them two weeks ago but nobody's come back to you? As far as I'm aware, they're not on holiday - certainly, when I was there two Fridays ago, Holly, Denny and Ken were about.
I would give it another shot, they get loads of emails every day, so it could be yours just got missed by mistake. [huh]
