Teryakied pork chops and more, but it doesn't really matter because it's Teryakied pork chops.
The real feature tonight was dessert. Home made applesauce made with new crop crisp tangy apples, craisins, sugar, molasses, nutmeg and a hint of cloves. With a scoop of French vanilla ice cream.
Part of a healthy, wheat free diet.
Pizza part deux.
Too tired to cook tonight.
Cooked up some spaghetti noodles and used up the leftover sauce.
Pork tamale at the Farmer's Market held in the nearby park.
Ukrainian chicken meatball soup.
Just put up two bushels of fresh, roasted green chiles in the freezer (one more bushel to go!), so of course I had to put a pot of green chile on the stove for dinner.
PepperJack cheeseburgers with A1 sauce on the outside grill. Huge garden salad/ranch dressing..SA OctoberFest and UFC.
Pot roast, red potatoes, salad, and biscuits.
Pot roast, potatoes, carrots leftovers. I like it a lot.
Dinner will probably be totinos pizza or Kirkland signature corn chowder.
Enchiladas. Some with red chile sauce and some with green. Brad put a craving on me.
Oh! And some refried black beans with bacon.
Spaghetti with meat sauce and salad.
Beef stew, I also plan to eat it on a vintage WWII era stainless steel mess tray
Massive chicken enchildas, it was so good, we ate half the entire batch! (Burp)....:eeek:
Key element here was the "bacon" word! LOL~ Sounds like what we eat however....yummy for the tummy...and adding to the size of the waistlines.....yipes!!!!
That pan of enchiladas looks mighty good LMM!
