My boys scout troop is having a spaghetti supper fundraiser, so tonight is spaghetti, salad, bread, and some kind of dessert (probably a slice of the homemade orange cake I made!)

Corned beef sandwiches, cabbage, and chips.

Slow cooked pork shoulder (with root beer, smoked black pepper, garlic powder, and kosher salt) on toasted brioche buns, and smashed potato salad. Mmmm.

Little ground sirloin burgers on Hawaiian rolls topped with sauteed onions and sriracha sauce.

Milk-rice with sugar/cinnamon. This kiddie-stuff is ok, I'm a leptosome man.

Pork loin, mashed potatoes, gravy, creamed spinach, corn

Dinner's in the oven right now. Shredded up some cabbage, onion, and garlic into a roasting pan, topped that with a layer of cut up potatoes and carrots, and then topped it all off with some spicy Italian sausages. Ought to be some good eatin' in a couple of hours.
