Last night was a business dinner at Grace steakhouse. Appetizer was a jumbo lump crab cake with whole grain mustard & grapefruit. Main course was an 8 oz. filet (medium) with black truffle butter. Sides: Maine lobster risotto with asparagus, mascarpone and foraged mushrooms, and baby spinach with garlic and cured bacon. 75 Wine Company Cabernet with dinner. Lemon pistachio tart for dessert.

Last night I made salmon patties, thyme roasted potatoes, and sauted kale with garlic. Tonight is looking like burgers and fruit salad.
