Smoked Paprika is a great spice. I've also seen hickory salt, but I try to keep the salt down.
One that I did pick up a few weeks ago, is Himalayan pink salt.
It has a different taste to it, but not bad.
I would make it anyway. If the wife won't eat chili---perfect. More for me!
