Round steak with onions & mushrooms in gravy, buttered bowtie pasta (daughter loves eating "butterflies"), steamed broccoli for me, roasted zucchini for hubby.

Shrimp Creole, over rice, with garlic bread.

I think you better hit it with the garlic bread first before you try to eat it.

Chicken fettuccine alfredo with added veggies (I sneak them in where I can to get daughter to eat more) - spinach, mushrooms, onion, and toasted asiago cheese bread.

Tomorrow will be garlic/parmesan/pork meatballs in soup with campanelle, carrots, mushrooms, onion, parsley, and spinach. Toasted asiago cheese bread, too.

Chicken and black beans, with garlic, onions, and jalapeños, are in the crock pot. They'll be mighty good this evening over some rice, with some cornbread and fresh sliced tomato on the side.
