Found a large Boston **** roast on manager's special at the grocery store this morning, so I'm going to slow cook it in enchilada sauce + extra spices, onion, garlic, & make tacos for dinner. Flour tortillas, avocado, tomato, cheese, lettuce & mexican sour cream. Yum!
