For me and the boy, Filet Mignon (rare obviously), and steamed brocolli (salted almost to the point of tounge stinging)

Hubby grilled spice rubbed pork loin roast with applewood smoke, and slathered with honey-brown sugar bbq sauce for the last few minutes. Smashed potato salad on the side.

Grilled sirloin tip filets with redskin mashed potatoes. Here's the kicker: I just got back from Costa Rica where learned about their "national sauce," Salsa Lizano. drizzled some on the potatoes (I don't put ANYTHING on a good steak!).

Had a snacky smorgasbord for dinner. Rib tips, buffalo wings, fries, and celery with carrots.

Homemade Alice Springs chicken (seasoned, grilled chicken ****** topped with bacon slices, garlic-butter sliced & sauteed mushrooms, topped with a sharp cheddar jack cheese, then cheese melted on the grill), served with honey mustard dipping sauce, crispy parmesan-garlic baby smashed potatoes, steamed broccoli. IT WAS AMAZING!
