When I was a kid Sugar Frosted Flakes were my go to....a while back in an attack of nostalgia I bought a box at Costco on coupon. The label stated 'now with less sugar!'. With much anticipation I opened the box, grabbed a handful as I did as a kid and oh my God.....it was still so sweet my teeth hurt. So now my go to morning cereal is my wife's home made oat granola. She makes it nut rich and varies the mix..sometimes hazlenut or almond or my fave peanuts with peanut butter coating the oats.
