Straw Open Road Offerings ?

Browsing around I found these two models of the Open Road by Stetson listed by Hartford York in addition to the standard model.

Any idea what they are? There descriptions do not tell very much.

Both seem to artfully blather around the fact that neither appear to be made of Equadorian toquilla palm bodies which leads me to think you are buying yet another hat made of Chinese newspaper.

Miller has a number of Stetson genuine Panamas here but they seem to suffer from a bit of LAC syndrome. (Low-assed crown).
